Instructions for the use and expiration date of ACF:
1.For unopened ACF, storage conditions: -10~5℃, (the manufacturing date and expiration date under storage conditions will be indicated in the ACF trademark).
2.Storage conditions for unsealed products: Be sure to seal them with a bag and store them in the refrigerator -10~5℃; If unopened products are stored in a high-temperature environment, their shelf life will be shortened.
3.For the buyer's concerns, if only one roll is used up within six months or a year:
① The unopened ACF shall be used for no more than one year from the factory and scrapped for more than one year,
② Opened items that have not yet reached their expiration date should be sealed and stored in the refrigerator when not in use, such as when finishing work at night. When used, they should be taken out and thawed outside for 30 minutes before use.
③ For those that have been opened and have reached their expiration date, only if the storage method is correct can the expiration date be extended by more than 6 months. However, the process parameters need to be adjusted appropriately and more experiments should be conducted.
Process parameters of ACF:
Introduction: This product uses conductive particle adhesive material, which combines conductivity and insulation, and can be used for integrated connection of many micro electrodes.
Purpose: Used to connect fixed upper and lower electrodes (ICs) and achieve current conduction, it is widely used in thin form displays (LCD LED touch screens) related fields such as monitors, mobile phones, car panels, LCD TVs, etc.

1) Original New: Original new chips are taken from manufacturer vacuum
sealed package with QA/QC markings, which means they are all well verified
and tested. The quality is superior.
2) Manufacturer Refurbished: Manufacturer refurbished chips are renewed and
tested by the manufacturer. They quality is secondary to original new chips.
